Add all ingredients through cherries to a microwave safe bowl and add enough water to just cover the oatmeal and almonds in the bottom of the bowl
Microwave on high for 4 minutes (your time may vary depending on your microwave, mine is a 1000w)
Once oatmeal is cooked and fruit is thawed, use the back of a spoon to mash the bananas and divide the cherries into pieces
Add the 0.25 oz of soy milk and serve hot
