Sugar Free Dalgona Coffee
- 1 tbsp aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- 1 tbsp soy milk (plain)
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 cup milk alternative of choice
- Place first 3 ingredients into a cup and using a whisk or electric frother, whisk ingredients until they start to become foamy.
- Continue whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
- Once desired consistency is reached, spoon coffee foam onto the top of the remaining 1 cup of milk alternative.
